What does the Agency Command Center cost?

RM150 per group, which includes up to 15 pilgrims, then RM10 for each additional pilgrim. There are no devices to buy, no SIM cards, and no per-seat surprises — it runs on the phones your pilgrims already carry. Volume and full-season plans for larger agencies are available on request.

Does it require special hardware or training for my staff?

No hardware at all — the Command Center is a web dashboard your staff open in a browser, and pilgrims simply use the Wasl app they'd install anyway. There's nothing to ship, charge, or hand out, and the interface is built to be usable within minutes.

Can more than one staff member access the dashboard?

Yes. Agencies can add multiple staff accounts to their Command Center, so a dispatcher, a group leader, and an office administrator can all have live visibility appropriate to their role.

Is this only for large Hajj operators, or can small agencies use it too?

It's built to scale both ways — from a single-family Umrah group run by a solo operator to hundreds of pilgrims across multiple buses and hotels for a large Hajj operator. Pricing is per group, so a small agency only pays for the groups it actually runs.

Who can see my pilgrims' location data?

Only your agency's own assigned staff can see the pilgrims in groups you manage — never another agency, and never pilgrims outside your groups. Pilgrims are told their location is shared with their group and their agency's oversight dashboard before they join.
